The Maximum Temperatures started to increase from 15th on wards and weather has started getting hotter over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. The Maximum temperature has reached 40 ºC on one of the last forecast days while it reached 39.5 ºC on two of these days. There was no heat wave during the last forecast period.

Rajkot Maximum is 39.5 ºC is 2 ºC above normal while the Minimum is 22.3 ºC is 2 ºC above normal.

The Maximum Temperature will start to increase further from today and is expected to be highest on 27th to 29th March during this forecast period. Maximum Temperature expected to be 40 ºC to 43 ºC over hot centers of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. Heat Wave conditions expected in few pockets of the above regions during this period.
