Maximum Temperature has increased further over most parts of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch with many centers are 43.0 C and above with Surendranagar at 44.3 C which is highest in whole Gujarat today.
તારીખ 29 એપ્રિલ 2016 – સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં આજે ગરમ સેન્ટરોમાં મહત્તમ તાપમાન 43.0 C અને તેનાથી ઉંચુ હતું. નોર્મલ થી તાપમાન ઉંચુ રહેલ અને સુરેન્દ્રનગર માં મહત્તમ તાપમાન 44.3 C જે આખા ગુજરાત માં સૌથી ઉંચુ હતું.

I don’t forecast long term so can’t comment on the IMD forecast.
Also it has no meaning for farmers of various States because this is average for whole country.
One State can be 150% and another 60% !
