Current Weather Conditions on 20th December 2021
The Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal & adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean now lies as a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over South Andaman Sea off north Sumatra coast with associated cyclonic circulation extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level. It is likely to move East Northeastwards.
The Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation over central parts of north Uttar Pradesh between 1.5 & 5.8 km above mean sea level persists.
A fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect Western Himalayan Region from 22nd December onwards.
In quick succession, another Western Disturbance is likely to affect Western Himalayan Region from 24th December onwards.
Gujarat Observations:
The Minimum & Maximum Temperature have been mostly below normal for last four to five days over many parts of Gujarat.
Minimum Temperature on 20th December was as under:
Deesa 8.2 C which is 3 C below normal
Gandhinagar 8.0 C which is 4 C below normal
Ahmedabad 11.1 C which is 3 C below normal
Rajkot 10.6 C which is 4 C below normal
Surendranagar 11.0 C
Vadodara 11.2 which is 3 C below normal
Amreli 12.4 C which is normal
Bhuj 10.4 C which is 1 C below normal
Maximum Temperature on 13th December was as under:
Ahmedabad 25.8 C which is 4 C below normal
Rajkot 28.3 C which is 2 C above normal
Amreli 30.0 C which is 1 C below normal
Bhuj 28.0 C which is 1 C above normal
Bhavnagar 24.9 C which is 5 C below normal
Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: 20th To 27th December 2021
The winds will be mostly from Northeast and North till tomorrow. Subsequently the winds will be from Northwest and then Westerly for the rest of the forecast period. The wind speed will be 8-15 km per hour during the forecast period with higher winds of 10 to 20 km per hour on 23rd/24th December.
The Maximum Temperature expected to increase gradually by 2 to 4 C and will move towards normal during the forecast period. Cold weather area expected to decrease 21st/22nd December, when Minimum Temperature will marginally increase over most areas. The Minimum Temperature is expected to also increase by 2 to 5 C during the forecast period. Minimum Temperature expected to be near normal or above normal over most places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch during 23rd/27th December 2021.
પરિસ્થિતિ:
સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માટે મહત્તમ અને ન્યુનત્તમ તાપમાન અમુક સેન્ટરો માટે ઉપર આપેલ છે. છેલ્લા 4 થી 5 દિવસ થયા તાપમાન નોર્મલ થી 2 થી 4 C નીચું રહેલ છે.
આગાહી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ 20 થી 27 ડિસેમ્બર 2021
પવનો મુખ્યત્વે નોર્થ ઇસ્ટ અને નોર્થ ના રહેશે 21 તારીખ સાંજ સુધી. ત્યાર બાદ પવન નોર્થવેસ્ટ અને પશ્ચિમી રહેશે આગાહી ના બાકી સમય દરમિયાન. પવન નોર્મલ 8 થી 15 કિમિ ની ઝડપ અને તારીખ 23/24 દરમિયાન 10 થી 20 કિમિ ની ઝડપ ના રહેશે.
મહત્તમ તાપમાન ક્રમશ વધશે 2 થી 5 C કે જે નોર્મલ તરફ આગાહી સમય માં થશે. ઠંડી નો વિસ્તાર અને તીવ્રતા આગામી બે દિવસ માં ઘટશે. ન્યુનમત્તમ તાપમાન ક્રમશ વધશે જે 2 C થી 5 C આગાહી સમય માં વધશે જે નોર્મલ તરફ જશે. ન્યુનત્તમ તાપમાન નોર્મલ નજીક થશે તારીખ 23rd/27th ડિસેમ્બર 2021.
તારીખ 22 થી 25 ડિસેમ્બર દરમિયાન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ અને લાગુ નોર્થ ગુજરાત માં ઝાકર નું જોર રહેશે.
