Weather Conditions on 13th April 2021
Observations:
Last two days the Maximum Temperature has been in the range of 41C-42.5C. Now the normal Maximum Temperature for most centers is around 38 to 39C. Maximum Temperature on 12th April 2021 was as under:
Ahmedabad 41.4C
Kandla(A) 41.8C
Surendranagar 41.3C
Gandhinagar 41.5C
Rajkot 41.0C
Amreli 41.3C
Keshod 41.2C
COLA Meteogram – Rajkot for Period 13th April to 22nd April 2021
A Westerly Trough at 5.8 km. level is passing over Gujarat in the next 24 hours from West to East.
Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: 13th to 20th April 2021
The wind direction will mainly be Westerly during the forecast period. Winds will increase from 14th onwards till end of forecast period and is expected to be 15 to 25 km per hour, especially evening time onwards. Scattered Clouds expected during next 24 hours. There is a 50% possibility of scattered showers in Isolated places of Saurashtra & Gujarat till 14th April.
Morning Humidity expected to increase from 16th April. Foggy conditions expected over some parts of Kutch & Western Saurashtra on 2 to 4 days during 16th to 20th April.
Foggy conditions expected over some parts of Eastern Gujarat on 1 to 2 days during 16th to 20th April.
The Maximum Temperature is above normal currently and is expected to be nearly same today range 41C to 42C. Relief from hot weather expected during 14th to 16th April range 39C-40C and subsequently to range 40-41 on 17th/19th & 20th April. 18th April expected to be in the range 41C-42.5C.
