Decreased Rainfall Activity With Sunny Weather Expected Over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch During 1st -7th September 2020
સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં વરસાદી એક્ટિવિટી માં ઘટાડો અને સૂર્ય પ્રકાશ ની શક્યતા તારીખ 1 થી 7 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2020

Few observations from IMD, other observations and weather parameters:
The Low Pressure Area from Madhya Pradesh had crossed over East Rajasthan and is now over West Rajasthan & neighborhood with the associated Cyclonic Circulation extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting Southwestwards with height.
The Axis of Monsoon Trough at mean sea level now passes through center of Low Pressure Area over West Rajasthan & neighborhood, Mathura, Bahraich and thence close to foothills of Himalayas. Another branch of the Axis of Monsoon Trough at mean sea level passes through Sub-Himalayan West Bengal to Manipur across Assam.
A trough in the Mid & Upper Tropospheric Westerlies with its axis at 5.8 km above mean sea level runs roughly along West Pakistan.
Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 1st To 7th September 2020
Today the 31st August limited areas in proximity to the System over West Rajasthan will get rain, mainly North Gujarat, Kutch. Rain quantum for these areas to decrease from tomorrow. Decreased rainfall activity expected over most parts of rest of Gujarat State tomorrow.
Mainly Sunshine and partly cloudy conditions expected during the Forecast period. Winds will be 10-20 km during most days. Possibility of Light rain/showers over scattered areas on some days and isolated areas on other days at different locations with isolated medium rain during the Forecast period.
