Well Marked Low Pressure Area concentrated into a Depression over Kutch and neighborhood

Current Weather Conditions on 28th September 2019

Some weather features :
A Cyclonic Circulation over Saurashtra & Kutch and adjoining areas of Northeast Arabian Sea is active for last two days. Under the influence of this UAC, a Low Pressure area has formed over Northeast Arabian Sea & adjoining coastal areas of Saurashtra & Kutch. Associated Cyclonic Circulation extends up to 5.8 km above mean sea level. There is a possibility of It becoming more marked over Gujarat during next 48 hours.

There is a Cyclonic Circulation over South Uttar Pradesh & adjoining North Madhya Pradesh and extends up to 4.5 km above mean sea level.

A trough runs from the above Cyclonic Circulation to Northeast Bay of Bengal across Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal and extends up to 3.1 km above mean sea level.

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch:
Forecast: 25th September to 1st October 2019 – Updated on 28th September

Note: I do not Forecast more than a week ( Referred to as Hu LGAKN in the blog comments). 

Cloudy and Sunshine mixed weather during rest of the forecast period. The Low Pressure is expected to track over Saurashytra/Kutch & then over Gujarat. Thunder activity can be expected due the System. Winds reaching 25/35 km per hour at some times. Wind directions and wind speed will be erratic many times during the rest of forecast period depending upon the location of System with respect to different locations of whole Gujarat.

Saurashtra, Kutch, North Gujarat, Central Gujarat & South Gujarat:
Rain expected on most days of forecast period over different areas on different days. The Cumulative total rainfall from 25th September to 1st October expected over most areas would be 25 mm  to 100 mm. Very high Rainfall areas could cross 150 mm during the original Forecast period 25th September to 1st October.

Advance Indication 2nd to 8th October 2019: Rain activity will stop. Once in a while Scattered showers.

પરિબળો:

બે દિવસ થયા એક અપર એર સાયક્લોનિક સર્ક્યુલેશન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ ના ભાગો અને લાગુ અરબી સમુદ્ર પર છવાયેલ છે. એની અસર થી આજે લો પ્રેસર થયું છે, જે પશ્ચિમ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ અને લાગુ અરબી સમુદ્ર પર છે. આનુસંગિક યુએસી 5.8 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે. આ લો પ્રેસર ગુજરાત ઉપર મજબૂત થવાની શક્યતા છે.

એક અપર એર સાયક્લોનિક સર્ક્યુલેશન દક્ષિણ યુપી એન્ડ લાગુ નોર્થ એમપી પર 4.5 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈએ છે. આ યુએસી માંથી એક ટ્રફ 3.1 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ નો નોર્થ ઇસ્ટ બંગાળ ની ખાડી સુધી લંબાય છે વાયા ઝારખંડ અને પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ:
આગાહી: તારીખ 25 સપ્ટેમ્બર થી 1 ઓક્ટોબર 2019 – 28 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2019 નું અપડેટ

નોંધ: હું એક અઠવાડિયા થી વધુ ની આગાહી કરતો નથી. Hu LGAKN એટલે હું લાંબા ગાળા ની આગાહી કરતો નથી !

વાદળ અને તડકો બંને મિક્સ વાતાવરણ રહેશે આગાહી સમય માં. લો પ્રેસર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર/કચ્છ અને પછી ગુજરાત બાજુ સરકશે. સિસ્ટમ ને હિસાબે ગાજ વીજ થઇ શકે. પવન ક્યારેક 25 થી 35 સુધી ફૂંકાય શકે. પવન ની સ્પીડ તેમજ દિશા બંને ઘણી વાર ફરશે જે અલગ અલગ જગ્યા ના લોકેશન અને સિસ્ટમ ના લોકેશન ની શાક્ષેપ માં રહેશે.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ, નોર્થ ગુજરાત, મધ્ય ગુજરાત અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત :

આગાહી સમય દરમિયાન અલગ અલગ વિસ્તાર માં અલગ અલગ દિવસે વરસાદ ની શંભાવના છે. મૂળ 25 સપ્ટેમ્બર થી 1 ઓક્ટોબર ના આગાહી સમય માં આગાહી નો કુલ વરસાદ 25 મિમિ થી 100 મિમિ સુધી ની શક્યતા છે. લો પ્રેસર ને હિસાબે વધુ વરસાદ વાળા વિસ્તારો માં કુલ વરસાદ 150 મિમિ ને પાર કરી શકે.

આગોતરું એંધાણ 2 ઓક્ટોબર થી 8 ઓક્ટોબર 2019 : વરસાદી વિરામ જેવો માહોલ જોવા મળશે. ક્યારેક છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા.
