Weather Conditions on 2nd September 2017

The Axis of Monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Firozpur, Karnal, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Muzaffarpur, Malda and thence towards Northeast Bay of Bengal.

The Low Pressure area over South Pakistan has weakened, however, a trough at 700 hPa extends over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat.

 

 

 

 

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch

2nd to 9th September 2017

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch expected get scattered showers/light/medium rain today. The trough at 700 hPA will be move Eastwards tomorrow, so scattered showers/light rain could continue over Gujarat for one more day. From 4th September Monday to 9th September Saturday the upper Air Humidity will continue to decrease mainly at 3.1 km above mean sea level and hence rain activity will end. Only some scattered showers, no meaningful rainfall.

મધ્ય પ્રદેશ બાજુ થી વેલ માર્કંડ લો પ્રેસર સિસ્ટમ ગુજરાત સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ થઇ ને દક્ષીણ પાકિસ્તાન માં પહોંચી નબળી પડી ગઈ છે, પરંતુ તેના અનૂસંગિક એક 700 hPa ટ્રફ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ અને ગુજરાત ઉપર છે. જેથી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં આજે છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા, હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ પડી શકે. આવતી કાલે તે ટ્રફ પૂર્વ તરફ સરકે છે જેથી ગુજરાત બાજુ હજુ આવતી કાલે પણ છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા હળવો વરસાદ પડી શકે. 4 સપ્ટેમ્બર થી 3.1 km ના લેવલે ભેજ નું પ્રમાણ ક્રમશ ઘટશે એટલે તારીખ 4 થી 9 દરમિયાન વરસાદી વિરામ અને વરાપ રહેશે. કોઈ જગ્યાએ છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા.
