Monsoon Status based from IMD Inferences:
The Souhtwest monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand & Bihar and remaing parts of Odisha. The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) passes through Lat. 20.5°N/Long. 60.0°E, Lat. 20.5°N/Long. 70.0°E, Valsad, Nasik, Buldana, Yeotmal, Raipur, Dalotganj, Supaul and Lat. 27.0°N/Long. 86.0°E.
Favorable conditions are developing for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into some more parts of Vidarbha, remaing parts of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand & Bihar and expected to enter some parts East Madhya Pradesh & East Uttar Pradesh during next 48 hours.
The trough at mean sea level from Northwest Rajasthan runs across North Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand & Gangetic West Bengal.
The is a Western Disturbance over Punjab with a trough at 3.1 to 5.8 km above mean sea level extending up to North Gujarat.
Monsoon Off-shore trough during active Monsoon normally runs from South Gujarat to Kerala coast. However, currently a week Off-shore trough runs from South Konkan to Kerala Coast.

Weather Forecast For Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat 21st June to 25th June 2017
Saurashra, Gujarat & Kutch expected to receive scattered showers or light/medium rain on different days during the forecast period. The rain coverage will improve gradually and quantum could be better during 23rd to 25th June.

Kutch expected to receive rainfall in phases over different areas with cumulative totals of 2 Cms. to 5 Cms. during the period up to 30th June 2017.
