Current Weather Conditions on 14th July 2016
Southwest Monsoon has set over the entire country on 13th July 2016 by covering the remaining areas of Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining remaining parts of Kutch.
The axis of monsoon trough at mean sea level through Ganganagar, Delhi, Hamirpur, Daltonganj, Midnapore and thence Eastsoutheastwards to Northeast Bay of Bengal extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level persists. The axis of monsoon trough expected to shift Northwards close to the Himalayan foothills during next 24 hours.
The Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Central parts of South Uttar Pradesh & adjoining North Madhya Pradesh is now embedded in the
Monsoon trough extending up to 3.1 km above mean sea level.
There is an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation lies over Northeast Arabian sea close to Saurashtra and extends between 3.1 km & 5.8 km
above mean sea level.
Forecast: 14th July to 19th July 2016
Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat:
Rainfall quantum will decline over whole Gujarat. Saurashtra expected to get scattered showers or light rain on different days of the forecast period with isolated medium rain on a day or two of the forecast period. Winds will again increase during the forecast period.
North Gujarat expected to get scattered showers or light rain on some days of the forecast period with isolated medium rain.
South Gujarat expected to get scattered showers or light rain during 14th to 16th July and from 17th to 19th July rain quantum will increase over the the area with some places expected to get medium rain with isolated heavy.
East Central Gujarat expected to get scattered showers light rain on some days of the forecast period with more probability 17th to 19th July.

ઉત્તર ગુજરાત માં છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા અથવા હળવો વરસાદ અમૂક દિવસે અલગ અલગ વિસ્તાર માં. અમૂક દિવસે એકલ દોકલ વિસ્તાર માં મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા..
દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત ઝાપટા અથવા હળવો વરસાદ 14 થી 16 જૂલાઇ અને 17 થી 19 જૂલાઇ તે વિસ્તાર માં વરસાદ ની માત્રા વધશે જેમાં ઝાપટા, હળવો, મધ્યમ વરસાદ અને અમૂક જગ્યાએ ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.
મધ્ય પૂર્વ ગુજરાત માં ઝાપટા અથવા હળવો વરસાદ અમૂક જગ્યાએ મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા જે 17 જૂલાઇ થી 19 જૂલાઇ માં વધુ શક્યતા.
