The Maximum Temperature was below normal till yesterday and the Minimum Temperature was below normal till yesterday and near normal this morning over most places of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat. Forecast: 5th to 9th March 2015

 

Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat:

The Temperature is expected to increase from today till 7th March over most parts of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat. The Maximum Temperature will be near normal and the Minimum Temperature will be normal or above normal by 7th March.

A western Disturbance will become active on 7th March over North Pakistan. As per current forecast model run, there is 25% chance of isolated shower over Kutch. Probability of affecting Saurashtra, Gujarat is currently less, however, update will be given if any changes take place. People should be vigilant about their local weather conditions.

Rest of India: 7th to 10th March 2015

Due to the Western Disturbance on 7th March, North India including parts of Rajasthan will get medium rainfall between 7th to 9th March. Similarly parts of Maharashtra, and M.P. will get light/medium scattered rain during 7th to 10th March.
