Comparison of Cyclone ‘PHAILIN’ & Cyclone ‘HUDHUD’ at 200 Kms. from Landfall.

‘PHAILIN’ Dated 12-10-2013 at 0300 UTC and winds speeds already on decline from 140 knots.

‘HUDHUD’ Dated 11-10-2014 at 1700 UTC with winds 110 knots and possibly on the increase.
