JTWC has numbered the Deep Depression as 03B.THREE  as per update 0030 UTC on 8th October 2014. System over the North Andaman Sea has crossed over the Middle Andaman Island and was currently was located at  12.5°N & Long. 92.5°E with 35 knots wind speed and 996 mb. Central Pressure.

Deep Depression – 03B.THREE:

Deep Depression over the Southeast Bay Of Bengal and adjoining East Central Bay Of Bengal is expected to strengthen further into a Cyclonic Storm today and will be named by IMD as “HUDHUD”.  The System is expected to track mainly Northwestwards towards North Andhra Pradesh/South Odisha Coast for next four days.
