It is now confirmed that El nino will be neutralize in first half of 2017. and La nino is present.
But we common people could not compare the physical difference of this two words. I know you are
not giving long term forecast. Will you please give us clear difference in relation to our Saurashtra area.
I have gone though NOAA summary report, but could not understand.
